Overview

This right of withdrawal applies to customers who are consumers. A consumer is any natural person who places an order for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

Section 1 – Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

If you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these goods are delivered separately, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item.

Section 2 – Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

You may use the withdrawal form provided at the end of this policy, but this is not required. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Section 3 – Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery.

If you selected a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us, any additional costs exceeding the cost of standard delivery will not be refunded.

The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original order, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any additional fees as a result of the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

Section 4 – Returning the Goods

You must send back the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will provide you with the specific return address after we receive your withdrawal notice.

Please do not return the goods to our contact address, billing address, parcel sender address, or any other non-designated address without first confirming the return address with us. If the goods are not sent to the return address provided by us and are lost, delayed, or cannot be accepted as a result, this may affect the processing of your refund.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period expires.

Section 5 – Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

If the goods are defective, incorrectly delivered, incomplete, or if there is another error in the fulfilment of the contract caused by us, please contact us before returning the goods. In such cases, we will offer you an appropriate solution.

Section 6 – Diminished Value of the Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value results from handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

You may inspect the goods in the same way as you would reasonably be able to do in a physical store. Any use beyond such inspection should be avoided.

Section 7 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

To the extent permitted by law, the right of withdrawal may be excluded in particular in the following cases:

1. goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised;

2. sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been removed after delivery;

3. other cases provided for by law.
