Returns & Refunds
Overview
We hope that you and your baby are happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with an item you received, you may request a return according to the conditions below.
This policy applies to our 30-day return service. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Section 1 – 30-Day Return Service
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it:
1. unworn, unwashed, and unused;
2. free from stains, odors, hair, damage, deformation, pilling, or obvious signs of use;
3. with tags, labels, original packaging, and any included accessories;
4. with an order number, receipt, or other proof of purchase.
As baby socks are worn directly against the skin, we cannot accept returns of items that have been worn, washed, clearly used, or altered due to improper use, for hygiene reasons.
You may reasonably inspect the item, for example by checking its color, material, size, and workmanship. However, if the item loses value due to handling or use beyond what is necessary, we may deduct an appropriate amount from the refund depending on the condition of the item.
Section 2 – How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order by email:

Please include the following information in your email:
1. order number;
2. name and email address used for the order;
3. name and quantity of the item or items you would like to return;
4. reason for the return;
5. for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items, please attach clear photos.
Please do not send any items back before your return has been confirmed by us.
Once your return request has been accepted, we will send you the exact return address and further return instructions by email. Items sent back to us without a prior return request and confirmation may not be identifiable or processed.
Section 3 – Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to personal reasons, such as not liking the item, the size not fitting, ordering the wrong item, or changing your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the item has a quality defect, was damaged during shipping, or we sent you the wrong item, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or offer you a suitable solution, such as a replacement, exchange, or refund.
If we provide you with a prepaid return label, we will inform you in the return confirmation whether the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
Section 4 – Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as possible after receiving it.
Please contact us promptly if any of the following applies:
1. the item has an obvious quality defect;
2. the item was damaged during shipping;
3. you received the wrong item;
4. the quantity delivered does not match your order.

Section 5 – Non-Returnable Items
The following items generally cannot be returned:
1. socks that have been worn, washed, or used;
2. items with stains, odors, hair, damage, deformation, pilling, or obvious signs of use;
3. items missing tags, labels, or original packaging where this affects their suitability for resale;
4. items damaged due to improper use, cleaning, care, or storage;
5. custom-made or personalized items;
6. gift cards;
7. sale or clearance items that are clearly marked as non-returnable, unless the item is defective or otherwise required by law.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Section 6 – Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you received and place a new order.
If you would like a different size, color, or variant, you can first request a return for the item you received. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the item you would like.
This usually helps you receive the right item faster and avoids the item selling out during the return process.
Section 7 – Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email whether the return has been accepted.
If the return is accepted, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. We usually process refunds within 10 business days after confirming the return.
Please note that banks, credit card companies, or payment providers may need additional time to process and post the refund.
