Orders

Can I change my order?

If your order has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to help you make changes. Please email us as soon as possible at service@deermimi.com, and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

If the order has already been shipped, it can no longer be changed.

Can I add items after placing my order?

Unfortunately, items cannot be added after an order has been placed.

When placing your order, you confirmed the final payment amount. For payment security and order processing reasons, we are unable to charge any additional amount after the order has been submitted.

Can my two orders be shipped together?

Unfortunately, two orders that have already been placed cannot be combined into one shipment.

Each order is processed and shipped separately based on its own order details.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to help you cancel it. Please email us as soon as possible at service@deermimi.com, and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

If the order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Is there a minimum order amount for free shipping?

Yes. For orders with a product total below €59.00, a shipping fee of €5.00 applies.

Free shipping is available for orders with a product total of €59.00 or more.

Why haven’t I received an order confirmation email?

Please first check whether the order confirmation email may have been sorted into your spam, junk, advertising, or promotions folder.

If you still cannot find it, the email address entered when placing the order may have been incorrect.

If you have any questions, please email us as soon as possible at service@deermimi.com, and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

What should I do if my order is incomplete?

Please first check all items in your package carefully to make sure the missing item is not placed between other items or inside the packaging material.

If you still cannot find it, please email us as soon as possible at service@deermimi.com, and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

Can I pre-order out-of-stock items?

At the moment, we do not offer pre-orders for out-of-stock items. You can purchase the item once it is back in stock.

If you would like to know when a specific item is expected to be available again, please email us at service@deermimi.com. Our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible.

When will sold-out items be back in stock?

Sold-out items are usually restocked as soon as possible. The exact restock time may vary depending on production and shipping.

How can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item first and then place a new order for the item you would like.

If the item in your original order was purchased with a discount, returning it will not affect your ability to use the same discount again. This means that if you return a discounted item, we can apply the same discount to a new order of the same item in a different size or color.

Here is how it works:

1. Return the item from your original order according to our return process.

2. Place a new order for the size or color you would like and proceed to the confirmation step.

3. Please email us at service@deermimi.com with the subject “Exchange” and include the original order number where the discount was used.

4. Our customer service team will help apply the same discount to your new order.

How can I get an invoice?

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Delivery

When will I receive my order?

After your order has been placed, it is usually shipped within 2–4 business days. Once the order has left our warehouse, standard delivery usually takes 7–14 business days.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You can then use the tracking number to check the delivery status at any time.

Can my order be shipped today?

We do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are usually shipped within 2–4 business days.

However, during promotional periods or times of high order volume, processing times may be longer. We will of course do our best to make sure you receive your items as soon as possible.

How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping is available for orders with a product total of €59.00 or more.

If the product total is below €59.00, a shipping fee of €5.00 applies.

Please note that shipping costs are calculated based on the product total after any valid discount codes or discounts have been applied.

Where does Deermimi deliver?

Deermimi currently delivers only within Germany.

Can I apply for a VAT refund?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer VAT refunds.

Returns

How can I return an item?

Do I have to pay for returns?

If the return is due to personal reasons, such as not liking the item, the size not fitting, ordering the wrong item, or changing your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the item has a quality issue, was damaged during shipping, or we sent you the wrong item, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs or offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, exchange, or refund.

If we provide you with a prepaid return label, we will let you know in the return confirmation email whether the related costs will be deducted from your refund.

Can I return items from different orders in one return package?

Yes. You can return items from different orders in one return package.

To help us process your return quickly, please include the relevant order numbers in the package or make sure each returned item can be matched to its original order.

When will I receive my refund?

After we have received and inspected the returned items, we will notify you by email whether your return has been approved.

If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. We usually process refunds within 10 business days after confirming that the return has been approved.

Please note that banks, credit card companies, or payment service providers may need additional time to post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you still have not received the amount, please contact us by email at service@deermimi.com.

What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?

If you believe the refund amount is incorrect, please contact our customer service team by email at service@deermimi.com and provide your order number and the relevant refund details.

We will check the case as soon as possible and help you resolve it.

What is a discount code?

A discount code may also be called a promo code or coupon code. By using a discount code, you can receive a discount on your order before completing payment.

You can receive a discount code by subscribing to our newsletter. You can sign up at the bottom of our homepage.

After subscribing, you will be among the first to hear about our special offers and latest news.

If you are unable to click the “Subscribe” button, please first make sure that you have accepted all cookies.

What should I do if I haven’t received my discount code yet?

After subscribing to our newsletter, you will first receive a confirmation email. Please make sure to click the confirmation link in that email to complete your subscription.

After confirming your subscription, you will receive another email containing your discount code.

If you have not received these emails, please first check your spam, junk, advertising, or promotions folder.

How can I redeem my discount code?

First, add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and then proceed to checkout.

Enter your discount code in the “Discount code” field and click “Apply” or “Redeem”. If the discount code is valid, the discount will be applied immediately. You will see the applied discount in your order summary.

How can I subscribe to the newsletter?

You can subscribe to our newsletter in the footer area at the bottom of the Deermimi homepage.

After subscribing, you will receive updates about our special offers, discounts, and latest news.

How can I unsubscribe from your newsletter?

You will find an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every newsletter email.

When you click this link, you will be taken to a page where you can choose which types of emails you no longer wish to receive.

Please note: Even if you unsubscribe from the newsletter, you will still receive important order-related emails, such as order confirmations, invoices, and order updates.

Products

Should I wash cotton and wool clothing before wearing it for the first time?

We recommend washing garments before wearing them for the first time.

No harmful chemicals are used in the production of Deermimi products. However, small residues from dyes or the production process may still be present. For a more comfortable wearing experience and to help protect other garments, we recommend washing the items before first use.

Please note: Wool products should be washed using the wool cycle on your washing machine at a maximum temperature of 30°C and with a special wool detergent.

How should I wash cotton clothing?

Cotton products can usually be machine washed. Our cotton products are designed to retain their shape and color as well as possible, even after repeated washing at temperatures of up to 60°C.

Cotton products can generally be tumble dried and ironed without any problem. Please note that some shrinkage may occur after tumble drying. The shrinkage may be more than the usual 5%, but this will not damage the product.

Please always check the care label before washing and follow the care instructions for the specific item.

How should I wash wool clothing?

Wool products should be washed using the wool cycle on your washing machine at a maximum temperature of 30°C.

Please use a special wool detergent and avoid strong wash cycles, bleach, or high-temperature tumble drying, as these may affect the softness and shape of the wool fibers.

Please always check the care label before washing and follow the care instructions for the specific item.

Do cotton products shrink?

Cotton products may shrink slightly after washing, usually by around 5%.

Please note that the size chart shown next to the product on our website displays the measurements before washing. We recommend referring to the size chart when choosing the right size and also checking the product information.

Wool products may shrink slightly after washing, usually by around 5%.

My Account

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order on the Deermimi website without creating an account.

Please make sure to enter a correct email address at checkout so that you can receive your order confirmation, shipping notification, and order updates.

What does “Login / My Account” mean?

After creating an account, you can view your previous orders. Your address information can also be saved, making it easier to use for your next order.

Using the “Login / My Account” feature is optional. You can also place an order without creating an account.

How can I delete my account?

If you would like to delete your Deermimi customer account, please contact our customer service team by email at service@deermimi.com.

To help us process your request more quickly, please include the email address used to register your account. We will review your request as soon as possible and assist you with the next steps.

I can’t log in. What should I do?

Please note: Subscribing to our newsletter does not automatically create a customer account.

If you do not have an account yet, please click “Create customer account” and follow the instructions on the page to create your Deermimi customer account.
